These are real AI employees I built for owners here in Nebraska, what each one does, and what it gave back. Both are people I work with in the Lincoln and Omaha area, and both agreed to let me share their stories using first names only. If you want to see what building your first one actually looks like before you decide, start here.
Bill, a Medicare agent
Bill was losing about a day of production every week retyping policy details into his CRM after every sale. He tried to fix it himself, watched a few videos, and quit. Now he snaps a photo of his handwritten notes and the details land in his CRM in the right fields. A couple weeks in, he told me it had done more work for him than his last two hires.
Eric, a commercial contractor
Eric runs his shop mostly solo and was spending 20-plus minutes hand-building every subcontract package. We built him a skill that takes his template, the scope, and the sub’s bid and assembles the documents. He is already doing in a couple minutes what used to be a 20-minute slog, and he never had to become the tech guy to get there.
Want to build your own?
The workshop walks you through building your first AI employee, the same kind of back-office job Bill and Eric started with. See how the workshop works.
