Bill, a Medicare agent I work with in the Lincoln area, was burning 4 to 5 hours a week on the same chore. Every time he sold a policy, he would log into the carrier, pull the details, and retype them into his CRM. He figured it cost him a full day of production a week. Here is the one small AI employee we built to take that job off his plate.
He tried to do it himself first
He had tried to set something up himself, watched a couple Claude videos, and bailed. Said it was damn near programming, and he is an insurance salesman, not a programmer.
What we built
So I built him one small thing. He snaps a photo of his handwritten notes, and the details land in his CRM in the right fields. He did not learn anything technical. He takes the same photo he was already taking, and the back office fills itself in.
The result
A couple weeks later he told me it had done more work for him than his last two hires.
Bill’s tool is the clearest answer to a question a lot of owners ask: do you need to be technical to build an AI employee? He is proof you do not. If you want to build your own, the workshop walks you through it.
